This survey helps us understand how AI really shows up in our engineering work and learn from the people already using it effectively.

It covers:

2️⃣ Where AI genuinely helps across planning → coding → reviews → docs → learning

3️⃣ How AI affects focus, clarity, stress, and overall developer experience

There are no right or wrong answers, and this is not a skill check.
